What do recruiters do to recruit new people?

k im a little confused, im a recruiter, if i wanna recruit someone wha exactly do i do? what level do i set them? how much xp do they need to get a tryout? like someone please fill me in thanks

Okay, if you see someone that is interested in joining, have them post an application in the recruitment center. Then let people say what they want about the person (if they should join or not). Then if most of the people think they should join, set them level 4 (clan recruit) and when they get 5k xp set them 5.
